Marcy and John were GREAT to work with. Real estate has always seemed like a black box to me - complicated, mysterious, and somewhat frustrating. They made everything very easy to understand and navigate! They presented me with a lot of data and analysis regarding comps, which made pricing of my   house in a way that would get it sold fast a lot easier to accomplish. John gave me great insights and advice throughout the whole processes. Marcy and John definitely went above and beyond to help me take care of some last-minute stuff with my house that I couldn't handle because I don't live in the area anymore. Ultimately, my house sold quickly and for the value that I think it was worth. If I bought or sold another house in the area, I would 100% use the Byers Team again!
